Throughout the week we're going to be sharing content under daily themes such as: Monday Motivation, Tuesday Tasks, Wednesday Words, Thursday Thoughts, Friday Feel Good, Saturday Segments and Sunday Scenes,
Content shared will include a range of creative tasks, thoughts and ideas, reading material, recipe ideas, images, music, and ways to keep moving with links to online fitness and dance classes.
With Saturday Segments it's over to you - this is your opportunity to share with us anything you've been working on. This could be a photograph, a picture of something you've made, a video, or a piece of writing you've written. It could even be something you've seen, heard or read that you think other members would benefit from and be interested in. If you'd like to share anything please send it to Artspeak@radfordcaregroup.org.uk
MONDAY MOTIVATION -
Keep Moving!
Fitness Coach Joe Wicks is becoming the nation's PE Teacher to help keep children fit whilst the majority are having to stay at home. These are accessible to all and can be done the grandkids, but he’s also got some great, simple and easy to follow exercises for adults to do whilst at home too.
Limited space is required and there are two ten-minute videos available on his YouTube Channel including one that focuses on chair-based exercises.

Music Mondays!
Research carried out by Mind found that music releases dopamine, the feel-good chemical in our brains, and that it was up to 9% higher when volunteers listened to music that they enjoyed. This helps prove and strengthen evidence that there is a link between music and mental wellbeing.
